Relaxed Fit Hoodie for Shorter Men

Thickness is nice and sleeve lengths are perfect. But the hood is comically big and the front pocket is half the size of the chest. Almost had to return it. If they made the hood and front pocket proportional this would easily be 5/5…

I just got my medium black hoodie from Abbreviated, and I will not be taking it off. I originally tried Abbreviated because I heard it’s designed for shorter men, but it’s been a game-changer for me too. As someone who’s 5’2 and smaller, I usually struggle with hoodies that are too long or feel like I’m swimming in fabric, but this one is perfect. The length hits exactly at my waist, with no excess material bunching up or getting in the way. It’s such a clean, flattering fit.

The material is thick enough to keep me warm but not so heavy that it feels bulky. It’s cozy without sacrificing style, and the quality is undeniable. I love how it strikes the perfect balance between comfort and function.

The fit, quality and fabric are all fantastic. I am 5’7” and have an athletic build. It is impossible to find great options like this. Most shorter men apparel brands focus on shorter men who are on the smaller side. I hope to see more tops that will actually work for me.
