How can I start a return or an exchange request?

Use our self-service returns portal to request a return or exchange.

What can I do if I received the wrong item?

Use our returns portal to request an exchange for the correct item here. You'll have the opportunity to note if the item was mislabeled, or if you received an item you didn't order when you submit your request.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We offer price adjustments upon request as long as the following conditions are met:
  • The return window for the purchase must still be open
  • The item must be in-stock in the same color and size
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased on final sale.

Can you change or cancel my order after it's placed?

You have a small window of time after your order is placed to make any changes. We can't make any promises as our warehouse begins the fulfillment process immediately after orders are placed, but you can send an e-mail to info@abbreviated.shop with your request and we will do our best to catch it before it's shipped.
